D/R/U/G/S – The Source of Light

At this present moment I’m hiding underneath a set of headphones doing everything possible to obscure my eyes and defend my ears from the offense to popular culture that is Downton Abbey (I’ve never watched it, yet somehow I feel totally comfortable in making grand sweeping gestures of snobbish criticism, ha).

I’ve decided that to fight the evil power of Downton I must counteract it with the most opposite music to the TV show that I can find. And, for that purpose, what could be more apt than D/R/U/G/S.

We’ve written about D/R/U/G/S before (I know, I know, what a gag). And as long as they continue to be button twiddingly brilliant we’ll continue to hold them up as bastions of electronic musical wonder.

D/R/U/G/S, you’re nothing like Downton Abbey. For this, all right-minded members of humankind will be forever grateful.
