Asa – Sweeter Things (Eleven8 remix)

Ah, some dubstep on SGTMT! It’s been a while. Thanks very much for this one Asa and Eleven8.

This track finds two of our favourite producers from this ballpark of electronic music sharing the same space. Eleven8′s remix of Asa’s Sweeter Things combines the latter’s incredible atmospherics with the former’s bass and drum work.

And it’s well good:

In our view, the best dubstep is almost entirely hollow. Just a rough framework for a large space to sit in. This one fits the bill definitely – it sounds cavernous. Sweeter Things is part of a three-track EP Asa will be giving away for free soon.
