Jai Paul – Jasmine

March 30, 2012

For the past two days this SGTMT employee has been ravaged by the creeping menace of illness. An unspeakable horror which has seen me confined to a hotel room with the singular thought that my body was trying to kill me from the inside out.

Still, chin up! Almost better now.

This track from Jai Paul which has been getting everyone on Twitter (other utilities for distributing photos of cats are available) so over-excited that they’re going to regret it in the morning is making me feel a lot better:

Weird and understated pop music which has really got its funk on. Who is this guy? I’d never heard of him, but that’s not unusual. His website is pretty informative I’ll concede. It appears he was selected for the BBC’s Sound of 2011, won ultimately by Jessie J (oops) and is signed to XL, which Jasmine is due on. At some point. I like it a lot.

Yep, I’m out of information. And going back to bed.
