Keep an eye on… Honningbarna

Panic buying at the fuel pumps, the UK about to dip into another recession, house prices falling, wars and oppression across the world. Crumbs. Don’t worry though because at SGTMT Headquarters we’ve discovered Norwegian Punk from the amazing Honningbarna.

Honningbarna means Honey Children (so I’m told) and they are from somewhere in Norway. They’re a bunch of angry teenagers who sing about, well, I have no idea. They seem angry about it though. They’ve won the Norwegian equivalent of a Grammy but that seems to have made no difference to their mood. Oh well, with punk you kinda just need to embrace the rage…

We must be the only music blog on the planet that can post French House in the morning and Norwegian Punk in the evening. We’re great aren’t we.
