Tracey Thorn – Night Time (The XX cover)

Tracey Thorn has a wonderful voice. Here it is on her version of The XX‘s Night Time, recorded for an abandoned project to release an album of covers of The XX’s songs by their favourite artists.

It features Ben Watt on guitar and backing vocals, the first time the Everything But The Girl pair have recorded together for ten years. It’s lovely:
