I’m on a bit of a Brownswood tip at the moment, thanks to Gang Colours, who we talked about the other day. Pedestrian, a producer who describes his music as “a little bass-driven ray of sunshine on an otherwise cloudy morning” had his Hei Poa released as part of Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Bubblers vol 6.
Good grief that is some proper bass music with some proper soul going on right there! Wonderful percussion. He also contributed a remix of How You Gonna Feel by Commix, for their Re:Call To Mind project.
